Our school fosters sports specialists by offering students diverse opportunities to experience careers related to sports. We manage a 3 step career program; that is, Understanding (Exploration) – Experience (Decision) – Practice for our students to learn about a wide array of sports occupations.
We supply various opportunities such as lectures, career-aptitude examinations, field trips, consulting, and so on to our students. By taking part in diverse programs, our students can have many chances to think about future professions suitable for them.

Programs for Upright Character
USSS raises our students to be holistically-mature and talented. During the school life, we highlight responsibility, self-respect, and social respect for our students. Our school emphasizes that students’ ordinary behaviors in our school extend to social life. Therefore, we provide many programs to develop students’ compassion for others, and devotion to the community. For example, our coaches begin each training session with short instructions about concession, cooperation, and helping. Also, we have created a project named ‘1 sports skill and 1 art skill per 1 person’ (1 SAP). As the name suggests, our students can learn how to play an instrument, such as a ukulele, during music classes. Other than the 1 SAP project, our subject teachers offer our students plenty of reading and art activities. In doing so, we expect that students will be harmonized in body, mind, and intelligence. Students can develop their whole sensibility through playing musical instruments, writing essays, reading books, and attending many events in school.
ACE Project for English Learning
Because we consider our students as potential global sports professionals, there are lots of activities for improving English abilities. By participating in these activities, our students will increase their confidence and enhance their English skills. Our school gives students practical opportunities to use English and focus on a learner-centered approach during class. To boost our students’ concentration while studying, our school has built a specialized classroom, named the English Zone. Moreover, we offer experience-centered projects through a native teacher’s conversation class using sports English and extra-curricular activities. Since our students understand the importance of English as means of communication, they carry out diverse programs such as English study groups, essay writing, Mentoring Programs, TOFLE classes and so on.
